Kindly arrange the following documents to obtain a UK tourist visa.
Passport: Valid for at least six months with a minimum of 2 blank pages available. (Please attach all old passports)
Application Form: One application form, has to be filled out online, and have to schedule an appointment for submission of the visa application. Kindly provide us the attached form (filled manually) we will do the online and schedule an appointment. Please note that applicants need to come for submission and biometrics on the scheduled date & time at the application center.
Covering Letter: Covering letter on company letterhead (if self-employed) from the applicant addressed to, the visa officer, British High Commission, New Delhi stating the name of the applicant, personal profile, nationality, passport details, purpose of visit, period of stay with dates and also to be noted that all the expenses including medical, boarding & lodging will be borne by the applicant/sponsor. (Attached covering letter format)
If visiting a relative/ friend: Invitation Letter: Invitation letter to be addressed to, the visa officer, British High Commission, New Delhi stating the name of the applicant, relationship, nationality, passport details, the purpose of visit, period of stay with dates and also to be noted that all the expenses including medical, boarding & lodging will be borne by the applicant/sponsor.
Invitee person’s passport copy first and address page and valid UK visa copy.
If the sponsor from inviting a person
· Employment proof
· Bank statement for the last 06 months
· Pay slip last for 06 months
· IT returns for the last 03 years
OR
Hotel voucher & ticket copies… if have already arranged.
Proof of occupation:
If self-employed
· Company memorandum copy/ company registration copy Company shop establishment copy or any company registration certificate copy which is showing that the owner of this company
· Company bank statement for the last 06 months with bank seal and sign.
· ITR last 03 years
If company employee
· Company leave letter- (attached company NOC letter format)
· Salary slip for the last 06 months
Financial documents:
1. Updated bank statement for the last 6 months and
2. ITR copy for last 3 years with commutation sheet, Other financial papers such as investment in shares or funds, property paper, PPF statement copy, Fix Deposit Receipts, Copy of the applicant’s international credit card, etc.
Normal processing time: 20-25 working days.
Please note: Verification cases could take longer depending on the High Commission.

We merely act as a document delivery agent between the customer and the concerned UK High Commission and shall in no way be responsible for any delay or refusal in the issuance of visas by the respective UK High Commission.
