Visa Details

1. Original Passport with at least 6 months validity

2. Three recent color photographs in white background 35 mm x 45 mm in size close to full 70 to 80% face photo should be Matt-finishing. (see specimen attached)

3. Duly filled Form 14A (Kindly fill it with the same pen throughout)- (attached herewith)

4. Cover Letter on Company Letterhead (if Self-employed then on company letterhead if employed then on plain paper) (should mention the name and passport no. of people traveling together and their relation to the applicant)- (see specimen attached).

5. Company Covering letter & invitation letter if business visit

6. Invitation letter + invitee passport 1st & address page and Valid PR copy if family visit- + Form V39

7. Bank statement for the last 6 months with 30,000/- minimum per head.

8. If the employee then leaves a letter or 3-month salary slip or Office ID. (see attached company noc letter format)  

9. If Self-employed then GST certificate or Incorporation certificate.

10. Ticket Copy and Hotel Voucher.
